Trust Your Gut!

Trust your gut

This is a very true statement for me. I have always tried to follow my gut instincts and always regret it when I don’t.

A simple example is years ago I was in Japan with a group of people and we got lost. My gut said to turn around and that was the way to go. Instead, I let someone else take over and we were lost for over an hour. Luckily a policeman on the train directed us back to where we needed to go.

I learned a big lesson that day… to listen to my instincts and not to always ‘follow the crowd’.

Has this ever happened to you?
