In recent weeks some not so pleasant news and some deaths have happened. Because of these things I could be sad and miserable but I don’t see how that would make these things any different. They are a part of life and things that happen.
It is my goal to try to learn from these experiences, celebrate and remember the good times and not wallow in misery. Life is just too short to be angry and mad.
It certainly doesn’t mean I don’t have times when I am not happy and cheerful but my goal is to not let the circumstances get to me.
