I like what this has to say because it doesn’t make things seem overwhelming if you just focus on one small thing. To me this is similar to the AA quote ‘one day at a time’.
If you focus on doing one small thing, for example, clean out one drawer a week, then all of a sudden all of your drawers are clean and it wasn’t an overwhelming task.
To me this is also a great thing to do when you are trying to make a personal change. If you want to change something focus on one small part of what you want to change, not the end result. This way those changes will add up to what you wanted to accomplish.
