Buddha, as usual, is right on!

It seems to me that most people are afraid of meditation because they don’t understand it, don’t know what to do and/or think they can’t because of their religious beliefs.

Meditation is such a wonderful way to just be. To give some time just for you. To free your mind and relax. It doesn’t take any special equipment. It just takes a commitment of time whether it is 5 minutes or an hour.

Meditate: think deeply or focus one’s mind for a period of time, in silence or with the aid of chanting, for religious or spiritual purposes or as a method of relaxation
