I think it is easy to ignore the feelings of your heart; meaning not paying attention to what it has to say.

Your heart tells you when it is happy, when it is excited, overworked, stressed, in love, etc. but we, as human being, have a tendency to ignore it especially when it is stressed.

As we age, get more sedentary working a desk job, and/or become less physical we tend to ignore our health (which includes the heart.) It took me 12 years to get the message from my heart that I needed a pacemaker because my symptoms weren’t coming from my heart but from my head (dizzy spells).

From one who knows….Isn’t time to start listening?
