True dat!

You can say all the positive things about yourself to others but it is those messages that you whisper to yourself that determine how you really feel about yourself.

If you always whisper to yourself that you are stupid or fat or ugly or whatever the message eventually you will start to believe what you hear.

When you find yourself whispering negative messages, stop, take a deep breath, say to yourself ‘erase’ and change your thought.
