There are so many ads on the TV and radio that talk about that ‘magic pill’ that will help you lose weight or feel better when in reality what it really takes is sweat and intensity.
A pill isn’t going to make you lose those extra pounds. You have to make an effort to get out there and exercise. A pill isn’t going to take away your problems but if you make yourself move, do something other than sit around and feel sorry for yourself, you are guaranteed to feel better.
Everything in life takes work not a pill.
