In our busy society we sometimes forgot to enjoy the simple things. I would like to challenge you all to spend 5 minutes just enjoying something. It could be a flower, a sunset, a cup of coffee, or your pet.

The trick is being 100% present and paying attention to that one thing for 5 minutes. I think you will be surprised at how much you enjoy it.
