Not every day is a good day but I do think you can find something good about each day.
I recently heard Oprah say that she lists 5 things a day that she is grateful for. I liked that idea so at the end of the day I think about what are 5 things good that happened that day. And I am generally surprised that I can usually come up with more than 5 things.
It makes me feel good and helps me to remember that there is always something to be grateful about each and every day.
