Sometimes it is just nice to sit and do nothing. To ‘unplug’ and just be.
To me the best place to do this is in nature even if it is in your own backyard. When you just ‘sit and be’ it allows you the opportunity to get a perspective on everything that is going on in your life. And there certainly can’t be anything wrong with that!!!!!
The next time you feel overwhelmed just take 10 minutes, go outside, breath and contemplate your surrounds. I think you will be surprised at how sitting and observing (with all the senses) makes everything not so burdensome.
