I really like this one!

When you take the time to think of 3 nice things about someone you are about to have a challenging conversation with it moves you away from the defensiveness and into a better space. It makes you see the other person as a human being and not someone you are angry with.

The next time you get yourself in a challenging position… remember to think of 3 things you appreciate about that person.
