Stress does nothing positive for you. It robs you of your happiness. It can take over your mind. It can create health problems. In other words, it does nothing good for you.
When you feel stressed take a time out. Take deep breaths. Go for a walk. Meditate. Listen to music. Anything that will bring you back to a healthy place. Repeat, repeat, repeat until the stress is gone.
