This isn’t always easy to do but we each need to fight for ourselves and what we believe even if it is hard to do.
When I was a kid (around 8 years old), some teenagers stole my sled. I knew it was them. Even though I was just a child and scared to death, I knew I had to fight for me because they were wrong.
I walked to their house, knocked on the door and told them they had stolen my sled. I think they were shocked that a kid would do this. They got the sled out of their garage (which they had painted bright orange) and gave it back to me without a word. I was dumbfounded but it taught me an important lesson to always make sure and never give up the fight.
