We are all our own worst critic, aren’t we?! We beat ourselves up for the most inane things. And we seem to forget this when we are doing the best we can do in that moment in time.
Criticizing ourselves isn’t going to change anything and all it will do is make us feel bad about ourselves. The more we continue to do this the more it will become a habit. Who wants negativity as a habit? I know I don’t.
The next time you find yourself being critical of something pay attention. Change what you are doing, take a deep breath, walk outside and look at nature, anything that will bring you back to what is good about life and you!
