My parents brought my sister and me up believing that we are all the same no matter what a person’s education, skin color, ethnic background or religion. We were taught that everyone is the same. We all put our pants on the same way!
So when I see people that have different skin color than I do, that is not what I see. What I see is a person who is just like me inside. We were created equally. We may look different on the outside but inside we are the same!
