I know every time one of my devices isn’t working, I ‘unplug’ or shut it down and miraculously it seems to be better after being off.
I think that is true for us too… we are so ‘plugged’ into our devices, the news, instant information that we sometimes forget to just be. We all need to take some time during each day to ‘unplug’. And this can be done in so many different ways… A walk, meditation, turning off your devices, playing with your kids, cooking, reading, just to name a few.
I know I unplug by sitting and looking out the window. What do you do?
