It seems to be human nature to focus on the negative things about ourselves instead of the positive!

Seems to me that joy is a much better feeling to focus on than negativity. There are times when I obsess on my health issues and it becomes my main focus. What if this or what if that? It is those times that I have to step back, have a talk with myself and focus on the positives in my life. That moves my energy away from the problems in a matter of seconds.

Focus on the joy in your life. It is worth it!
