Pushing ourselves

When was the last time you pushed yourself? I know I have recently had some knee issues which has made going on my daily walks hard but I have found if I listen to my body, I can go for a walk and push through some of the knee pain. My knee is getting stronger every day because of it.

That is just a simple example but there are many ways we can push ourselves to find out what really lies in the outer reaches of our abilities.

Push yourself. You won’t regret it!
