Yes, you will be okay. When we are in the middle of things, it doesn’t always feel like life will ever be fine but as time goes on you realize that you have made it through the storm.
Life will take us to unexpected places. Surprises will happen. Decisions will need to be made but in the long run, it will all be okay.
Trust that you will be able to make it through the storms.
We all make choices. Sometimes they are good and sometimes they aren’t but whatever choices we make they come with consequences. Consequences are a result of an action or set of conditions.
In this time of contentiousness, we need to pay attention to the consequences of our choices. We need to own up to them, pay attention to them and do something about them.
Blaming others for choices you have made doesn’t cut it. We have to be adults and own up to the choices we have made.
These are great suggestions for living a healthy life!
Sometimes it isn’t easy to do all of these but I think if we are mindful of them, it will help us to become healthier. Personally, I don’t drink soda (maybe 5 a year at the most)… my biggest challenge is less driving and more walking.
What is your challenge?
There are no ‘do overs’ when it comes to your life. You can make changes and be a better person but this is the only life you are going to have so live it well.
What does that mean? To me it means being kind, loving, generous, and grateful not only to others but to myself and living my life with truth.
What is a well lived life to you?
Nothing like hitting the nail on the head!
Too many people spend their energy blaming everyone else for the choices they have made. By blaming other people or things, they are not taking responsibility for themselves.
We are responsible for every decision and choice we make. Period!
Isn’t it time to be responsible?!
