Decisions!

Decisions

Yes, you will be okay. When we are in the middle of things, it doesn’t always feel like life will ever be fine but as time goes on you realize that you have made it through the storm.

Life will take us to unexpected places. Surprises will happen. Decisions will need to be made but in the long run, it will all be okay.

Trust that you will be able to make it through the storms.

Feed Your Soul!

Feed your soul

Truth!

Look at this quote from the other side… if you don’t take the path that feeds your soul how will you feel? Some of the feelings you may encounter will be: mad, miserable, sad, resentful, angry, depressed, lacking, to name a few. Why would you want to do that to yourself?

I know that sometimes we have to ‘buck up’ and make a decision that is not in our best interest but hopefully the majority of the time we choose to feed our soul. Because it is then and only then that we find happiness.

Feed your soul!

Unstoppable!

Unstoppable

This one really speaks to me… recently, I took action on a couple of things that I am passionate about. One to take a class on a subject I believe in and the other to being coached on a hobby, I love.

Making those decisions took a lot of thought because they will be taking up a lot of my time but because I feel so strongly about them, I know it will work.

Here’s to being unstoppable!

Judge Less!

Judge Less

Isn’t this a great saying?!

With everything that has been going on in the world especially politics and the recent SCOTUS decision I have seen a lot of judgement on social media.

We are all entitled to our opinions but no one is perfect and if you spend all your time judging people for their lifestyle or what they are doing wrong then there is no room for love… which to me is the most important thing there is!

If you can’t love then what do you have?

Trust Yourself!

Trust yourself

So many people cannot make decisions without asking 10 different people what they think. That is fine but I do think that if we all trusted ourselves we would make the right decision.

I have been experimenting with this lately when playing Trivia Crack. If I don’t know an answer, I trust myself to pick the right one and 9 times out of 10 I am right. I am always amazed but then I think why? I trust myself so I shouldn’t be surprised.

Have you ever tried anything like this?
