Don’t Get Mad!

Don;'t get mad

I love this!

If you become so engulfed in your own success and happiness you do forget all the other things around you that have caused you angst. And this such a great way to let go of anything.

Find something you are passionate about and go for it. You will be surprised at how it makes you feel.

New Hues!

It isn’t always easy to peel and scrape away old habits and ways but I think that letting go of the ‘old ways’ in your life opens up doors for new and beautiful things to happen.

When you are letting go of old ways, they sometimes tug and pull at you, trying to keep you from moving forward but once you ‘scrape and sand’ the old away it prepares you for the beautiful things waiting to happen in your life.

Scrape, peel, and sand away!!!!

So true!

Holding on to hurt holds you back. It keeps you from living your life. By letting go it allows you to move forward and live. It takes away the pain and moves you ahead to bigger and better things.

It isn’t easy to let go of hurt but once you do, there is a feeling of relief and lightness that takes over your heart and soul.

Isn’t that the truth!

Change is probably one of the hardest things we have to do…. Something you need to change may be a habit, or a loss or betrayal but whatever it is it isn’t always easy to let go.

The problem with not changing is that it keeps you in the same place, making the same mistakes over and over again. Is that productive? Is it worth it?

Perhaps the best thing to do it to let go and trust that all will work out instead of fighting and holding on to something that isn’t working. Even if letting go is only 1 inch at a time.

What do you think?

Let Go!

Let go!

I think one of the worst things you can do for yourself is to be with people who bring you down, don’t have anything to offer and try to bring their drama to your life.

It doesn’t mean you don’t need to be kind to them but it does mean you don’t need to make yourself part of their issues, to join in on their drama or their trying to poison your spirit.

It does mean that you don’t have to let them hook you with their ‘stuff.’
